Gen13: The Return of Rhiannon

The story opens with a disconnected Gen13 team. Caitlin works as a waitress and Roxy is a student, with neither having any memory of their past. After a nightly broadcast by a mysterious man named Cull, Roxy and Caitlin run into each other and their memories are restored. They find Lynch as a soccer coach and restore his memory with physical threats. At the team's safehouse, they find a disheveled Bobby, whose memory is restored when Roxy lights his hands on fire.

The team realizes Cull is controlling the population through mass hypnosis. Using Lynch's technology, they locate Grunge and Roxy stuns him into remembering. They then find Rainmaker with her memory intact. She reveals Cull is not a telepath, but a hypnotist. When Cull attacks, the team distracts him while Lynch has Grunge seemingly turn him to glass. Caitlin shatters him, breaking his hypnotic illusions. A spirit calling herself Rhiannon emerges from Rainmaker's body, revealing that she was the one who psychically nudged the team back to their senses. After she leaves to return to her own body, Rainmaker (now going by her real name, Sarah) awakens, unaware of what just happened.
