Terror is a mercenary/assassin for hire who takes the body parts from the living and the dead - utilizing the knowledge and talents of that particular person for his own gain. In this debut issue: Terror, Inc. is hired to assassinate a corrupt industrialist, but discovers that - after making several attempts - the industrialist has made a deal with a demon for eternal life!
