A space ship called the Raptor, sent by the Directors of the planet Earth, is searching for the Jolly Roger and dispensing "justice" to whoever gives aid to the Jolly Roger. Meanwhile, Torin and Tamara are trying to find a place to call home and Tamara also reveals to Torin what happened to his family back in his time in "The Raptor is a Bird of Prey."
