Ghost Rider # 15 Glow in the Dark 1991 VG Vintage Comic

In this issue, Ghost Rider, badly injured by Blaze's hellfire shotgun, races to Central Park to confront Blackout. After a run-in with police, he reverts to his human form, Danny Ketch, and his bike is stolen by the women of H.E.A.R.T. Despite his injuries, Danny makes his way to the park, where he encounters Blackout.

Meanwhile, H.E.A.R.T.'s leader, Tyler Meagher, discovers that Blackout is a murderer employed by Deathwatch and turns on him. Ghost Rider's bike returns to Danny, allowing him to transform and continue the battle. During the fight, Blackout is hideously scarred by a combined blast from Blaze and Meagher. Although Ghost Rider is tempted to kill him, he relents at Blaze's insistence and rides away as the police arrive.
