Mist, using hypnotized flowers from Dinah Lance's flower shop, is robbing the wealthy blind. Starman, teaming up with Black Canary, must stop Mist's criminal spree. This is a first Silver Age appearance of the Mist and is valid on Post-Crisis chronology. The comic is in Fair to Good condition with visible wear and tear.
