Argus #1 (1995)

Published by DC Comics in April 1995, Argus #1 introduces federal agent Nick Kovak, who uses the alias Nick Kelly while working undercover in the Keystone City mob. Written by Mark Wheatley and Allan Gross with art by Phil Hester, this first issue kicks off a six-issue miniseries.
