The Turtles are reluctantly dragged into the fray, eventually discovering that the cow is actually a solid gold relic smuggled out of Slovakia to keep it from a dictator. The brothers must navigate a confusing web of wrong hotel rooms, Slovakian-speaking kidnappers, and a high-stakes meeting between the Smengie brothers and a corrupt millionaire collector.

The climax features a frantic pursuit involving a flatbed truck, the Turtles in trench coats, and Casey Jones leaping onto a moving vehicle from a taxi. The chaos is halted by Howard, who reveals his true identity as a federal agent. Thanks to the Turtles' tactical interference and April’s quick thinking, the international smugglers are apprehended. Because the Turtles' involvement must remain off the official record to protect their identities, Howard agrees to leave them out of his report, leading Leonardo to jokingly dub the team "The Unmentionables."
