Following his previous encounter with The Swiss, Richard Dragon is targeted by the deadly Weapon Masters, a group of experts designed to counter his hand-to-hand expertise with long-range and heavy weaponry. As Richard and Benjamin Turner attempt to navigate the Swiss’s web of intrigue, they are ambushed by the Bowman, whose high-tech projectiles test Dragon’s legendary reflexes. The battle pushes Richard to prove that his "claws"—his martial arts mastery—can overcome the cold steel and gunpowder of modern assassins.
