April and the Turtles witness Complete Carnage attack a bike messenger, who reveals herself to be Radical. The TMNT attempt to help her, with April smashing the van into Carnage, but he knocks Radical unconscious and flies off with her. He imprisons her in a cement mixer at an old factory, planning to absorb her powers. The Turtles arrive and save Radical, leading to a battle where Carnage uses his phasing powers effectively. Radical fights back, ripping off his arm and hiding it in a park. The fight culminates when Radical charges Carnage with her "particle beam power," resulting in a massive explosion that seemingly obliterates both super-powered beings, leaving only cement chips. The TMNT gather the shards of Complete Carnage and mail them across the country to prevent him from regenerating. In the final panels, Carnage's severed arm comes to life and begins hitchhiking, attempting to rejoin its body.
